Spinach-Artichoke Casserole
Spinach-Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 36 minutes. Made with (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, c. butter or margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place cream cheese and margarine in a large casserole dish. Melt in microwave over low heat, stirring frequently, to blend. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper.
