Spinach and Cheese
Spinach And Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with speck of butter, 3 eggs, 1 c. flour, 1 c. milk and 1 tsp. or less pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a very large bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, milk, pepper and baking powder and mix.
Boil spinach and drain well.
Add cheese, spinach and finely chopped onion to bowl.
In pan, melt a little butter.
Wipe excess with paper towel.
Pour mix into 13 x 9 x 2-inch Teflon pan and bake uncovered at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Best if covered and refrigerated overnight.
Cut like brownies when cold.
Heat in oven or microwave before serving.
