Spicy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spicy Spinach And Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter, 1 med. onion, chopped (1 c.), 2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 1- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped and 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter in large saucepan or skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream 3/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, tabasco sauce and salt.
Stir until well blended and heated through.
Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese starts to brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
