Spicy Grilled Catfish
Spicy Grilled Catfish is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning, 2 tbsp. blackened redfish seasoning, 6 (6 oz.) catfish fillets, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first 2 ingredients; set aside.
Place fish in a single layer in a lightly-greased fish basket.
Combine butter and lemon juice; brush on each side of fish.
Grill fish 3 to 5 inches from hot coals 5 minutes on each side, basting with butter mixture when turned.
Sprinkle each side of fish with seasoning mixture. Baste and grill 3 additional minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
