Spicy Chicken Pita
Spicy Chicken Pita is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce, 1 tsp. dried thyme, 1 tsp. white pepper and 1 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut chicken in small strips and marinate in teriyaki sauce 30 minutes or more.
Combine thyme and next 4 ingredients in small bowl.
Heat olive oil and saute onion in large skillet.
Add chicken and stir-fry over medium/hot heat.
Sprinkle spices over chicken and cook until done.
(May use 1/2 of the spice mixture for less peppery taste).
Combine mayonnaise and horseradish; spread in pita.
Add chicken and lettuce.
Good, easy and spicy!
