Spicy Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. chablis or white wine, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Coat a wok with oil and place over medium-high until hot. Add peas, carrots, chicken and tofu; stir-fry 4 minutes or until chicken is done.
Add wine mixture, green onions and peppers. Stir-fry one minute.
Serve over rice.
Serves 2.
