Spicy Brisket
Spicy Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 4-6 lb. beef brisket, allspice, 5 beef bouillon cubes and cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place brisket, fat side up on rack of broiler pan.
Fill pan with water.
Sprinkle side of brisket with Allspice.
Bake 6 hours at 275°.
Wrap in foil and chill.
Pour juice in jar and refrigerate.
Slice beef 1/4 inch across grain and place in baking dish.
Take fat off of juice.
Heat juice and bouillon cubes and thicken with cornstarch.
Pour gravy over meat.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
Tastes like prime rib.
The gravy is great over mashed potatoes.
