Spicy Beef Casserole
Spicy Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes and 1 jar mild taco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 375Β°. Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in skillet until beef is brown; drain.
Stir tomatoes, sauce, chilies and bouillon.
Cook until bouillon is dissolved. Mix flour and water.
Mixture.
Heat to boiling. Cook
1 minute.
Into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix Bisquick, 2 tablespoons cornmeal and the milk until soft dough forms.
Beat. Drop by tablespoon onto beef mixture; sprinkle with remaining cornmeal.
Bake, uncovered, until biscuits are golden brown, 20 minutes.
