Spicy Apricot Cake
Spicy Apricot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot-tapioca baby food, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Beat sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add baby food, one jar at a time.
Add flour, half of it with remaining ingredients, then beat in the remainder.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour in a greased, floured tube or Bundt pan.
Cool right side up a little while before turning over.
Sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar.
