Spiced Tea
Spiced Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. instant tea with lemon, 1 c. tang, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cloves and 1 bucket berry juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add 2 1/4 pounds sugar to each gallon after mixing.
Pour into a barrel or crock until filled to top; cover with cheesecloth. Allow to ferment; fill with water every other day until fermentation ceases to run over.
Allow to stand a total of 30 to 35 days.
Take up, put in bottles and seal.
Makes first class wine.
