Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, water, spices and salt.
Bring to a boil and cook without stirring until mixture spins a thread (236Β°).
Remove from heat; add pecans, stir vigorously until a solid mass is formed. Separate each nut from mass, while still hot, with a fork.
Store in covered container
