Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pecan halves, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon of water until frothy, but not stiff.
Mix pecans in egg white mixture thoroughly.
Mix dry ingredients and pour over pecans.
Coat throughly.
Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at 325Β° for 1/2 hour, stirring at the 15 minute interval.
Place on waxed paper in single layer until cool.
Store in airtight container.
