Spiced Pecans
Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 5 tbsp. canned milk, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all the ingredients, except nuts, in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
Take off of stove and stir in the pecan halves.
Keep stirring until all the syrup sticks to the nuts. Pour the nuts out onto a brown paper bag, separate, and let them cool.
