Spiced Nuts
Spiced Nuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 4 c. pecan halves, 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 1 tbsp. ground cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a deep heavy skillet, melt oleo and stir in unbroken pecan halves.
Cook nuts over low heat, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes until lightly brown.
Sift confectioners sugar and spices.
Remove nuts from skillet with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Add nuts to spiced sugar and toss until generously coated.
Colander and shake gently to remove excess sugar.
Spread nuts on paper towel to cool.
Store in lightly covered container.
