Spiced Nuts
Spiced Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, cinnamon and milk in 2-quart pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Continue at low boil to 236Β°.
Remove from heat. Add nutmeats and vanilla. Stir and pour onto wax paper; separate. Serve warm or cold. Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
