Spiced Cranberries
Spiced Cranberries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2 tbsp. whole cloves, 2 sticks cinnamon and juice and rind of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients, except cranberries.
Bring to boil, stirring.
Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes.
Strain, add cranberries and cook without stirring until cranberries pop open. Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
Or cool; then pack in desired containers and keep refrigerated.
Makes about 4 cups.
