Spiced Citrus Warmer
Spiced Citrus Warmer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. unsweetened orange juice, 1 c. low calorie cranberry juice cocktail, 1/2 c. water, 1 tbsp. honey and 3-inch stick cinnamon, broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a 4-cup measure, stir together orange juice, cranberry juice cocktail, water, honey, 3-inch stick cinnamon, whole allspice and whole cloves.
Microcook, covered, on High for 8 to 10 minutes or just until boiling.
Continue to cook, covered, on Medium for 5 minutes.
Strain to remove spices.
