Spice Cake Cookies
Spice Cake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box spice cake mix, 1/4 c. softened margarine, 1/3 c. milk, 1 egg and 1 c. chocolate mint chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Grease cookie sheet.
Combine cake mix, margarine, milk and egg.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts and chocolate mint chips.
Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 12 minutes for soft cookie, 15 minutes for crisp cookie.
Cool cookies on wire rack.
Crushed toffee bars can be used instead of chocolate mint chips.
