Speedy Taco Bake
Speedy Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown.
Drain.
Spoon into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.
Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown at 350Β°. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.
