Spectacular Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, 1 c. sour cream, 1 envelope onion soup mix and 1 can french fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook spinach in unsalted water and drain.
Blend soup mix and sour cream.
Add spinach.
Place in casserole.
