Special Popcorn
Special Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 2 bags hulless popcorn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil sugar, margarine and corn syrup together for 5 minutes. Add baking soda.
Pour mixture over 2 bags of hulless popcorn in a large aluminum roaster.
Mix well.
(I divide this into 2 roasters.)
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 250Β°.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Add one cup of peanuts, if desired.
This recipe makes a lot, but it disappears really fast!
Great to bag for holiday gift giving.
