Special Meat Loaf
Special Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. minced garlic, 2 eggs and 1/2 pkg. crushed crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Put all ingredients in large bowl except spaghetti sauce and cheese.
Mix together.
Place in pan and pat into loaf.
Make tunnel in top of loaf and pour in cheese. Cover.
Then pour spaghetti sauce over entire meat loaf.
Place in oven for 1 hour.
