Special K Meat Loaf
Special K Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. cottage cheese (small curd), 5 pkg. gw seasoning, 1 stick melted margarine, 5 large eggs and 1 c. walnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a very large bowl, adding cereal last.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking pan lightly sprayed with Pam.
Mixture will be thick.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
May freeze before baking for later use.
This recipe contains 1/3 egg per serving.
Serves 12 to 15.
