Special Chocolate Chip Cookies
Special Chocolate Chip Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. margarine, 2 c. packed brown sugar, 4 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend dry oatmeal (quick cooking or old-fashioned) in food processor or blender until powdery.
Mix with flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Set aside.
Cream margarine and sugar together until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour and oatmeal mixture; mix well.
Mix in chocolate chips, nuts and broken chunks of milk chocolate candy bar.
This requires a very large bowl.
Drop by golf ball sized spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
A small ice cream scoop works well.
Bake at 375Β° for 6 minutes.
Do not overbake.
