Mix first 4 ingredients and press in bottom of large Pyrex dish.
Mix remaining ingredients well with mixer and pour over top crust.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β° until top is golden brown.
Let stand 15 minutes, then loosen edges and cut in squares.
