Special Carrot Cake
Special Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted plain flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 c. salad oil and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat at medium speed 1 minute.
Stir in carrots, nuts, pineapple and coconut.
Bake in three greased 9-inch pans at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Cool on racks.
Fill layers, top and sides with Cream Cheese Frosting.
