Special Cake
Special Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. sour cream, 1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese (2 lb.), 12 oz. cream cheese, 5 eggs and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease a 10-inch spring-form pan and line with wax paper.
Put cheese and eggs in blender.
Blend until no lumps are left.
Place in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Turn oven off but leave cake in oven for another hour.
Cool well to hold together.
