Spatzle
Spatzle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 egg and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir together flour and salt in a bowl.
Blend egg and milk; stir into flour mixture.
Place 1/2 the dough in a strainer.
Hold over boiling salted water.
With a spatula, press dough through the strainer to form the Spatzle.
Repeat with remaining dough. Cook and stir 5 minutes.
Great with any kind of soup or just by themselves with butter on them.
