Spanish Tomatoes
Spanish Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 loaf salt rising bread, 2 qt. tomatoes, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Break bread and place in a 9 x 10-inch baking dish. Cut onion and pepper into 1-inch slices.
Add sugar and bread to tomatoes. Pour over bread.
Shake Parmesan cheese on tomatoes and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, then stir. Bake 1/2 hour more.
Place 2 or 3 slices Mozzarella cheese and let melt.
