Spanish Rice-a-Roni
Spanish Rice-A-Roni is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 box rice-a-roni spanish rice, 2 c. water and 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and rice-vermicelli mix (from box) until vermicelli is golden brown.
Slowly stir in 2 cups water, special seasonings (from box) and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to low.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
