Spanish Rice
Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 c. raw rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oil in skillet.
Add onion, bell pepper, beef and rice. Stir over high heat until browned.
Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil.
