Made with 8 medium potatoes, cubed, 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, 1 can white tuna fish, 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and 1 small jar spanish olives with pimentoes, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil cubed potatoes with peas and carrots.
Add tuna fish, hard-boiled eggs, olives, beets and shrimp.
Combine all ingredients and add enough mayonnaise to blend.
