Spanish Noodle Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cooking oil, 3/4 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly brown ground chuck, bell pepper and onion in oil.
Add tomato soup, tomato sauce, pimentos, olives and corn.
Mix in dry mustard, chili powder, salt and pepper.
In a buttered 3-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles and sauce.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
