Spanish Liver
Spanish Liver is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 4 medium size onions, 1/2 c. uncooked rice, salt and pepper and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven.
Put oil in skillet. roll liver in flour and place in skillet.
Brown, turning several times. Remove from skillet, add onions and green pepper, let brown slightly. Add washed rice, tomatoes, and chili powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover.
Put in oven, turn heat to low, allow to cook for 45 minutes.
