Spanish Coffee
Spanish Coffee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 oz. cointreau or triple sec, 1/2 oz. brandy, 1/2 oz. kahlua, 1 oz. amaretto and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Use red wine glasses with a large bowl.
Heat water in glasses in microwave.
Make one drink a a time.
Place the Cointreau and sugar in the glass and swirl, then flame, caramelizing the sugar. Add coffee.
Add rest of liquor.
Top with whipped cream, sugar and chocolate jimmies.
Makes 1.
Turn off the lights when flaming; a great show and a great drink!
