Spanish Chicken
Spanish Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can chopped chilies, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, soup and chilies.
Mix well.
Crush tortilla chips in the bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
Spread chicken mixture over tortilla chips and sprinkle the top with lots of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
Serve with yellow rice.
