Spanakoriso(Spinach and Rice)
Spanakoriso(Spinach And Rice) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. fresh spinach, 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 medium onions, minced, 1 small clove garlic, minced and 2 bay leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
