Spam Spread Open Face Buns
Spam Spread Open Face Buns is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can spam, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 c. grated velveeta cheese, 1 tsp. mayonnaise and hamburger buns, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil eggs; slice and mash with a fork into fine pieces.
Slice Spam into very small pieces.
Mix Spam pieces, eggs and cheese with 1 teaspoon mayo.
Open the buns and spread mixture on each half.
Brown under the oven (broil) for a few minutes, until melted and slightly toasted.
Mixture will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
