Spam Hash Brown Bake
Spam Hash Brown Bake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed slightly, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine potatoes, melted butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In another bowl, combine cheese, Spam, soup, sour cream, milk, onion and green chilies. Mix well.
Add Spam mixture to potato mixture; mix well.
Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serves 8.
