Spam Casserole
Spam Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can spam, diced, 1 c. cooked macaroni, 2 large baking potatoes, sliced (bake potatoes in microwave), 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese and 1 stick butter, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir the cooked macaroni and the mushroom soup together.
In a 2-quart baking dish, put half of butter, then a layer of the sliced potatoes, a layer of the diced Spam and a layer of the macaroni and soup mixture.
Sprinkle half the grated cheese, then the rest of the potatoes, rest of the macaroni mixture, rest of the Spam and rest of the butter.
Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 450Β° for 20 minutes.
