Cook together in skillet Crisco or butter and onion.
Add potato juice, cooked potatoes and milk.
Add flour to thicken. Add Spam.
Add cheese.
Add spices.
Put potatoes in casserole. Add cooked ingredients and top with rest of cheese.
Bake 35 minutes in 350Β° oven.
