Spaghetti Soup
Spaghetti Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped medium onion, 1 small can sliced mushrooms and 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage in 3 or 4-quart pan.
Drain.
Remove; set aside. Add green pepper, onion and mushrooms to pan and saute until tender.
Add meat and all ingredients except cheese and spaghetti. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti.
Add to soup. Top bowls with cheese or add to soup.
