Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or italian sausage or mixture, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 c. mushrooms (optional) and 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat (hamburger, Italian sausage or mixture).
Discard grease.
Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil until translucent.
Add tomato purée, stewed tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, spices and meat.
Simmer covered for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 hours.
Add water to desired consistency.
Serve over spaghetti noodles and enjoy!
