Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bulk italian sausage (i always use hillshire farm hot and spicy), 2 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp. dried, minced garlic, 2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes and 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered.
I let this cook for hours on low. The longer it cooks, the better it is.
