Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. crisco, melted, 1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mix, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 small garlic clove and 12 oz. can contadina tomato paste (save can to measure water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat loaf mix in hot, melted Crisco in a large pot.
Add onion.
Add garlic clove.
Add tomato paste, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Add water.
Add whole tomatoes with juices, chopped into small pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper and bring mixture to a hard boil.
Reduce heat to simmer, cover and let cook 2 to 3 hours.
Stir occasionally. Remove garlic clove when done.
Sauce can be frozen for later use.
