Spaghetti Primavera
Spaghetti Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. slivered green pepper, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter in medium frypan.
Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender.
Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti; toss well to coat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
