Spaghetti Pie(Low-Fat)
Spaghetti Pie(Low-Fat) is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, broken 2-inch pieces, 1 tbsp. light margarine, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 1 lb. ground beef (96% lean) and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook spaghetti; drain.
Mix in butter, Parmesan cheese and egg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Spread in casserole to form a crust.
Saute beef, onion and pepper.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Spread Ricotta over spaghetti layer.
Top with meat sauce mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella on top and bake 10 more minutes.
