Stir butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese into spaghetti.

Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Brown beef with onion and green pepper, pouring off any fat.

Stir in tomato sauce, sugar and spices.

Heat thoroughly.

Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti mixture and spread meat mixture over cottage cheese.

Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.

Spread Mozzarella cheese over baked dish and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
