Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 well beaten eggs and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form into a crust in a 10-inch buttered pie pan.
Spread cottage cheese over crust. Cook hamburger, onion and pepper. Drain.
Add tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano, salt and garlic. Simmer. Add to pie crust and cottage cheese mixture.
Cover with foil.
Let sit in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours. Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 60 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
