Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti (3 c.), cooked, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and 1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook spaghetti and drain.
Stir in butter, beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in greased 10-inch pie plate.
Spread with cottage cheese.
Cook ground beef and onion until done.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Pour meat mixture into spaghetti crust.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
